Have they made any indications of what Garrett Whitlock's role is going to be next year? If you've got Crochet/Buehler/Bello/Houck/Giolito/Kutter and Sandoval in reserve mid-season, kind of points to him being a short man in the bullpen, no? Which is probably the best use of him. But given the likelihood that at least two of three of those starters get hurt at some point, maybe they keep him stretched out to be a starter again?

Absolutely. But as a Red Sox fan I couldn't care less about Liverpool.
I'm a massive Liverpool fan, seems like FSG dosen't want to spend much on either team. All they care about now is maximizing profits, if FSG would open their pockets just a bit we could win multiple trophies this year, but they couldn't give a damn.
