He was high on my list (big riser over the 2nd half) but the cool factor of his name definitely played a partBest name of the crazy name draft thus far.
Agreed. He played down on a stacked lineup and put up decent numbers. Will be interesting to see how he does as one of the leaders next year. Over half of that starting lineup has been drafted to the NHL.Another Knight I could see the Oilers adding to the stable.

You’ll have to fight me for Johnson and Suzdorf… Tanner Lam and Shawn Carrier are a few others I have time for as late rounders, and Linus Feldbergs is going to get drafted as a goalie in the later rounds. Noah Tegelaar is my huge dark horse as a goalie this year.. very interested to see if he can compete at a higher level, because he crushed it in the OJ this year.Love this pick in the 7th, I'll echo Soli that he definitely fits the Oilers MO.
As a whole, I feel like this group drafted incredibly well this year. There are only 3 guys who went unpicked I'd have on my draft board:
1. Ludvig Johnson: overage Swiss defender who played well in their top men's league this year. Solid 4-way skater and has great vision. By far the top guy remaining on my list.
2. Jackson Crowder: won't be more than a 3rd/4th line guy if he makes it, but he can drop the gloves, has underrated skill, and improved after his trade to the Steel this year.
3. German Suzdorf: 6'7 Russian center that is excellent on the dot and has good defensive habits. Production was similar to 6'7 Prokhorov this year, who's getting 1st round hype (which I think is crazy tbh). Suzdorf would be a good pick from the 4th onward IMO.
Curious to see if any of these guys get picked. I'd invite them to Seattle's camp if that's allowed![]()
Thanks for finishing it off. I overestimated my time between kids and work lol.

Team effort with @DrDrai who began picking for the Capitals. Kindel would've been my pick as well, and I like the direction he went in for the next couple picks too.
