It was a pretty good race all things considered, but the thing I'll remember the most about it is the direction/broadcast. It's as if whoever in charge fired all the staff and replaced them by interns on Friday Afternoon.

Like, I legit don't know how many penalties Lawson and Sainz, got and for how many really, really stupid shit they got investigated. ... And considering those two were total terrorists for the whole race, all I have to say is "poor interns".

It must feel good for Carlos Sainz to out qualify Hamilton in his Williams.

The president of a prominent sponsor of Franco Colapinto was caught on microphone hinting at when the Argentinean may return to Formula 1.

Colapinto to replace Doohan at Alpine for next five rounds

Alpine have confirmed that Franco Colapinto will replace Jack Doohan from the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix onwards, with the squad opting to make the change following a disappointing start to the campaign for Doohan.

I'm not sure if :
- Aston really took a leap (which is great for them)
- Aston were killing/heating soo much their tyres that they were like 0.5sec faster on the yellows than on the reds (which bodes really badly for their race pace)
- Aston were the only ones to understand that C6 were absolute shit, in that they were actually made of feces and thus would be totally dead by Tosa (that would be damning for every other team bar, like, Merco)
- Aston were so desperate (and Imola being Imola) that they could'nt be bothered to use more sets of yellows (that's probably a good reading, not sure how viable of a strategy this is on the longer term however)
- All of the above
