Isn't it Corey Pronman who basically does these things based on size above all else? I wouldn't put any stock in this.
Pretty sure this one was from Max Bultman which would make sense since we just learned the lottery order. FWIW Pronman had Eklund going 8th.

This is the takeaway. Also keep in mind that Ken Holland wasn't trying to tank when he assembled that team in 2019 that was the worst team in franchise history. At least we don't have to rely on this gimmick league for s**t any longer.
