I’ll take “shit not happening for 500”
Agreed.
And what the hell are they doing tossing Hagen's name around? He hasn't even been drafted yet.

I think its that the isles would get the 7th IF hagens was available. would they trade dobson for the 7Agreed.

Interesting article.Agreed.

Why do you think they will be contenders next season, man that forwards lineup is woefully lacking.Unless they can wil a lot of 1-0 2-1 games ,I think it’s going to be a long season. But we will see I’m definitely no expert and have been wrong before.Bruins should get a great player at 7.
But so are the teams in the top-10 and some other beyond.
That’s the problem with the tank philosophy. It « may » eventually work. But only for one of them.
Habs in perenial rebuild and suck balls even with their #1 prospect list.
Edmonton with plenty of holes and not able to win even with two of the 5 bests players in NHL.
Sabres with gazilion top-10 picks for decades.
Tanking long term never/rarely works and if it does for 1 team, it fails for all the others.
Bruins with their first own top-10 picks since 2007. They have to hit cause they won’t get as good a pick for years with Pasta-McAvoy-Swayman leading the way.
That spike down awful 24-25 season was short term and resulted in great draft capitals, assets and Cap space back. They will rise back next year for a new great contending stretch.
Enjoy Bruins fans!
It’s Murphy, so I usually start laughing before finishing the headline. No different here.Agreed.
And what the hell are they doing tossing Hagen's name around? He hasn't even been drafted yet.
That would be incredible if they were able to recoup assets to help the roster next year (McTavish/Dobson) and move down slightly to still draft a solid prospect whether it be a C or W.It’s Murphy, so I usually start laughing before finishing the headline. No different here.
If the Isles think Hagens slip that far, I’d let them take our 7 if we can somehow 3 way with Verbeek and end up with McTavish and #10. Between Zegras, Dobson, Barzal,Pageau Mittelstadt, our 1sts, Poitras, maybe there is something there if you’re creative (read:crazy) and convincing.
Dobson and Pageau for 7 and something I would imagine. If they do that I quitI doubt the sources are legit with Murphy involved. I hope the Bruins say no to a Barzal for #7 swap if it ever crosses the table.

I'm not saying I'd be happy with the deal, but the defense would be pretty stout.
Lindholm - McAvoy
Zadorov - Dobson(CARLO)
Lohrei - Peeke/Soderstrom
Didn't we all think the same thing going into last season?
I fixed it for youDobson >>>>>>>> Carlo
Let’s not forget that we were without Lindholm for 80% of the season and we were without McAvoy for 35% of the season.
Is hockeyyInsiderr still a person?James Murphy makes me miss Eklund's rumors.
Dobson >>> Carlo
Lets not forget that we were without Lindholm for 80% of the season and we were without McAvoy for 35% of the season.
I would like Barzal, but not at 9.15 a year, if they retained 20% that would be fair.Dobson and Pageau for 7 and something I would imagine. If they do that I quit
People realize Dobson is a righty, right? Why are we giving up Hampus?I would like Barzal, but not at 9.15 a year, if they retained 20% that would be fair.
Barzal / Dobson and Isles own 2026 first rounder for
HLindholm
Casey M
#7 pick
Barzal moves up to the number one center.
Our dee is instantly upgraded.
We have 3 number one picks in 2026 which will be a much deeper draft vs this year.
Isles get a shot at Hagens at 7 to go with Schaefer.
