  • Congrats to our latest Sportsbook winners - GOLD MEDAL kihei, SILVER MEDAL fish7 and BRONZE MEDAL Sammy Kat - new tournament begins today 6/15

2009 D, 6'2 185, RH out of Chicago.

In 2025-26, 10 points in 26 games for NV River Rats 16U AAA National (considered "an elite organization" out of Mass). Also had 21 points in 30 games out of Phillips Academy in Andover, MA (where Chris Kreider is an alum).

Per the same Twitter account above, "a dozen schools (Big Ten, Hockey East, ECAC) reached out to him on Jan. 1."

Even if Windsor doesn't get him, they're putting their hat in the mix, which I appreciate.

From what I read O’Dell would be a great get.

Only problem is we’d have too many D. DeBruyn would for sure start in LaSalle, then you you need to move one of Walton/Robinson/Brown/Spicer and we’d still have 7 D. (Assuming Wathier signs)

Been meaning to mention this since it certainly raised an eyebrow with me but, Walters did not appear to be in attendance or at the Windsor Spitfire table during the Priority Selection draft. Newbury was photographed there but no Head Coach to be seen.

Maybe it’s just my thinking and belief but, I would think one of the main members of an OHL organization you would expect to be in the building to meet your newest recruits would be your Head Coach…JMHO.

You could probably afford to move Brown or Robinson for some help up front. It's not a bad problem to have if it's navigated correctly.

I noticed that too and wondered. Maybe Walters had something else he had to deal with?

Spits have put out info on rookie camp for those drafted in U17 and Regular drafts
Saturday from 4 till 6:10 on the community rinks practice and scrimmage.
Player info is on the website, only 2 players of the 18 players drafted in the 2 drafts won't be here, from the U18 Draft,Centre Anthony Carchidi and from the Regular draft American born Jack Trupiano who has committed to the USDT will not be there.
Enter through to the community rinks to watch the action.

Just wanted to say, Davis did an ad for the Spits about a few hours ago. Interesting. Maybe a community figure?

I almost wonder if they did the ad a while back and now as the time it was supposed to be released? Making a fresh ad with him, when he's going to UConn next season, makes me scratch my head a bit.
