Swanson clearly isn’t the same pitcher as last year. I think he gives up runs every appearance.

Schneider has been bad this year. So many dumb decisions.

Swanson is a trash can. Problem with relievers that don’t throw hard is that when they aren’t feeling the fine margins that make them succeed they end up being utterly awful.

Why does he keep getting trotted out there?

honestly makes no sense. swanson needs to be pitching either when we are winning big or loosing big. No pressure, let him build up his confidence. Shneider should of just left manoah in. Everyone knew swanson is going to give up a run or 2

Well despite his atrocious season he now has the 3rd best OPS of the team. I think it speaks a lot about the rest of the lineup if you ask me.

Not shocked at Swanson (and Schneider for bringing him in a close game). He just can't fool any batters this year. Alarming stats across the board.

Well with batting Springer lead off, having Vogelbach DHing over Jansen and pulling Manoah at 78 pitches for a struggling Swanson, this outcome shouldn’t be surprising at all
