Yeah, not sure what happened to him but Manoah is a lost cause.
This guy used to be an all star, shameful he's been reduced to trash.

Manoah being brought up should be a fire worthy move. They have been patient with this core to a fault, it's time to do something and moving guys at their all time low in value isn't it. Make moves with coaching and front office or whatever and try something. The leash has ran out on a few guys on the roster but you are going to get pennies on the dollar mid season if you move anyone so they likely wait to see where they stand near the trade deadline.

There has to be something that happened in his personal life that caused such a drastic fall. Manoah is a shell of his former self. There is no saving him. Not in Toronto. Maybe he'll re-establish himself as a bullpen arm but his days as a starter in Toronto are over.

Not surprising. Literally nothing that’s happened in the last 18 months has indicated Manoah has even hit bottom yet, much less started to build back up.

No idea why he was even pitching in MLB game right now.

100 percent. He proved he was not ready to make a move back to the majors and they brought him up to get ripped apart and further destroy any confidence or progress that may have been there.

Jays getting a lot of luck of Nats errors these past two games. Error city.

Not surprisingly, Manoah pitch like shit again. But so far, bailed out by Nats errors and Vladdy HR.

Manoah looked a little better than last season but still an inconsistent delivery and not hitting his spots. He was clearly frustrated in his last inning.

Why did they rush Swanson back? He's been terrible.

Absolutely need to sell at the deadline and try to rebuild. This core stinks and isn't winning anything.

It's not often that you see a 8th inning pitcher this late into the season reducing his ERA by giving 1 earned run in 1 inning.

Man, this blowpen sucks...

Figures team scores 8 runs first time in a month, and they blow it after regaining the lead beause of Manoah's meltdown.

I was boxscore watching but it felt like every relief inning started with a man on 2nd like it was extra innings. Leadoff double after leadoff double.

Because the other options are even worse. While I didn't watch the game, Manoah's numbers looked better than last year. He's actually striking out guys and the velo is where it should be. Control is still an issue.

The one area where the current management group does not get enough criticism is the development/drafting of pitchers. It's been horrendous. The team would have a lot fewer problems if even it was average.
