The lack of aggressiveness on base is just mind boggling. I mean yeah if it was a lineup with power sure but they got to be more aggressive on base specially with runners who can run.

There's not much the league can do besides refuse him playoff assignments. It's extremely difficult to discipline or fire umpires without risking the umpires' union going apeshit. Especially with veteran umpires.
