Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Both Buch and Guentzel are actual RW1s something Mika and Kreider haven’t had since Buch actually left to make room for friggen kakko in the first place. Vatrano closest thing. It was the best they’ve looked.
Getting either will be huge.
I have to assume not getting Buch would be just a pride thing by drury. Because again feels like a no brainer

for sure, and I would give up whatever it takes to bring Buch back. Kreider & Zibanejad have never been the same since he was shipped out
well yea its vegas. it's one thing when vegas or tb toss a couple big tickets on ltir at the deadline - who magically recover just in time for game 1 round 1 - and load up the roster with that space. sure the canadian fans are gonna crack the shts over that and it'll be a talking point in the hockey media until the draft rolls around, but it won't draw the kind of attention that forces the nhl to do anything about it. you win a cup doing that in ny the nhl league becomes the center of the sports universe for all the wrong reasons instantly - and that ends really badly.

How about a middle six RW? The depth looks sad after this year even if you're figuring Othmann in. Kakko can't be trusted to stay healthy.

I disagree. I think it'd be more of the same from the Mika line.
They need a line driver/someone to carry the puck...... and do some board work. Guentzel has below average numbers without Cindy... Mika is no Cindy

This is a concern honestly, maybe they move Laf up to that line and Guentzel plays with Panarin
And create another hole in the lineup? With no guarantee Guentzel doesn’t fit with the Two Mean Girls? We already know Kakko makes for a very good 3rd liner. That is a known fit.
Find another way to add one of Buch/Guentzel/Tuch
