Guentzel just doesn't make sense to me no matter what. He has a much higher chance of ruining our team chemistry right now compared to some of the other RW available. I think with Drury asking about Tuch and making a significant offer for Guentzel all in the same week it tells me he won't fall back to Vatrano as a plan b, he craves a true #1RW for this run and that's gonna be Buch, exactly how it should've stayed. Drury will make amends and I will have the utmost respect for him.

Nothing we are doing in 2024 under Drury is related in anyway shape or form to the 1940's-2000's. I think its time to stop that 80 year stuff.

There are teams that do not win that have tried every manner possible to build their teams. There is no 1 way to do it. If there was everyone would do it. The Penguins were lucky to get Crosby #1 and Malkin #2 in their draft years. Not bashing Laf nor KK but we did not have that chance.
