Well @Jussi got a lot of crap but Yoro does have a medical scheduled.
Highly disappointing from Real and also Lille there.
Real because they think they can lowball everyone and will have missed out on a one of kind prospect.
Lille because they're pressuring the player into going to a mess rather than accept the PSG offer that was equivalent.

Osimhen is very close from PSG.
100M. 12M salary.
Tbh, he's exactly what they need but will have to sell Mbappe's buddy Kolo Muani.

To be fair, at this point, is PSG really a better destination than United? Nasser is not running a tight ship.

Madrid are in trouble, we only have 2 healthy first team CBs. Flo gotta get off his ass.

Under Luis Enrique lol is it serious?
They've just played a CL semi with 10 men. And dominated the tie so much they beat the record for most goal posts.

They would have never gotten past Barcelona if Araujo didn't have one of his brain cramps.

The Vox thing?

Yeah. Disappointed? Yes. Surpised? Nope.

Footballers (most athletes tbh) are mostly uneducated, uninformed oafs.
His dad is also a cop so...

They would have with 11 players instead of 10+ a Real loanee.
And again, with ifs, PSG is playing Real in the final.
To compare that with United's mess is quite something.

There are professionals now in charge of the sporting affairs. Things are looking the opposite of a mess right now.

I mean, come on, PSG, even in a down year, will make the CL and most likely will get out of its group. That's a given. So if a players wants a better chance at winning a CL, he'll likely choose PSG over any of the English club (who have to fight each other just to make it to the CL) except City.

Them making it far in the CL does not make them a well-run club.

That being said, it is our own fault for not getting the player. Flo was arrogant and low-balled Lille. The player wanted us and we fumbled the ball thinking he would choose staying put and coming on a free to moving to another club. We drug our feet and lost the player. Bad gamble.

United paid market price for the kid (evaluated at that figure) and Lille got the kind of money they deserve. Good to see the kid doing them right.

Fine if you think that but that is not the point though. Does that make them a better run club then United?
And you're saying they would obviously get out of the group as if it's always easy. That's the privilege of the best clubs. United didn't.

I wouldn't say market price since he has a year left on his deal. They paid more than market price which fits a bidding war that didn't happen.
Still they got themselves a 19 year old with 60 high quality L1 games with immense potential.

I just saw it mentioned elsewhere that that is his exact evaluation, maybe at transfermarkt.

Yes but I don't think it takes his contract situation into play.
I wrote a while back here that the asking price last year for Yoro (80M) was logical from Lille and that they'd get 60 out of him. Under normal contract situation.
I remember a dumbass poster laughing at it.

He certainly seems worth the hype which is why he's not actually going to go to Manchester United.

Either it's the media drumming up clicks because they know United = clicks or it's him trying to fake like he might go there to try to squeeze some extra wages out of Madrid.

Do not worry, he is not going to your shit club anyway ;)

Insanely frustrating transfer on Madrids part. You can’t act like there’s no money, or you can lowball everyone when you buy Endrick for 70m.

It’s above market value but if Yoro turns out to be anything of what is expected of him, that’s going to be a huge bargain.

Madrid’s entire back line is basically old. This should’ve been an easy decision to at least go to 40 or 50 and see what happened from there. Not offer 25!
