How does this impact their chances of winning? If anything Jansen should be starting as often as he can because Connor Wong is not a good catcher.

Not sure how they'll all end up considering quite a few don't have set positions, but our org has suddenly gone from being RHH dominant to having a lot more LHH in the system.

Rojas too good for that level. He’d be rocketing up the prospect lists if he were healthy all year. Testing him at AA seems like a good idea.
That rotation would be pretty good down the stretch with the two other dudes going well, Estrada and Sanchez.
Dehian Santos is back in NH too, threw two clean innings yesterday.
And speaking of New Hampshire, I’m still wondering where Eddison Paulino is?
And how is Yarborough eligible for arb this year?

Paulino is injured. Rojas probably stays there because the C's are in a playoff hunt.

Nice to see, plenty of flexibility and some upside bats on the strong platoon side.

There’s Steward Berroa switch hitting too.

And nice adding Jace Bohrofen. Dudes ops in August is something like 1.160. Been raking.

Farm notes from last night:
AAA: Roden with a 4-5 night. Tirotta 2-4. Recent waiver claim Easton Lucas with 3 innings of 1run ball.
AA: Shreck with the big game, 2-4 with hr/2b. SP Sanchez solid again over 5ip, AA era of 2.38. Nice to see: Josh Rivera with hits in 3 (maybe 4) straight games.
A+: Peyton Williams 3/5 with 2doubles, ops up to 866. Bullpen wasted Rojas’s 6 shoutout 9k gem, giving up 2 in the 9th and one in the 10th.
A: Gilberto Batista, 18yo sp acquired in the Jansen trade tossed 5 shutout innings. Sean Keys 3-5.

Aaron Parker (RHH catcher, 6th round pick) might be having a more impressive start in Dunedin than Mitchell and Micheletti; OPS just under 1.000 in 69 PA, 13 BB vs 14 K, but also hitting for power with 4 HR and 5 2B. All of the college position players seem to be having great starts.

I want to see Micheletti do well the most, though, because how fun is Eddie Micheletti to say? He needs to make the majors. Funnest name the Jays have drafted since Earl Burl III.

The Jays have enough good young players to cover for depth. Next winter should 100% be go big or go home. If they can't get a solid 850+ OPS batter with power they should stand pat. They have a couple of kids who can be 700-800 OPS batters no reason to sign that kind of batters.

"Yeah, I think that for the players, it's so much a move to the next day, on to the next thing. I don't think anyone's worrying about that or harboring any grudges at this point, or even on Monday for that matter. I think they move right past it.

But when it comes to the organization, it's not a good look when you have a player openly being, you know, a little critical, right, of the front office, of the steps that they made, of the team that they built. And so, I think to some extent, there was a little bit of a conversation that had to be had. And from everything that was described to me, Chris Bassitt was accountable in that conversation. And everyone's on the same page now and ready to move past it. But yeah, I think it was a little bit disruptive."

Why wouldn't he explain what he meant? No one gains from keeping that to himself.

Everyone's mad at that quote because it looks like he's downplaying Francis.

But i prefer to read that as "this guy is hittable but we suck too much to be capable of that"
