i'm a fan of the pitch clock, but you have to wonder how much of a role that's playing in all these elbow injuries
I think we have far too small of a sample to make a definitive statement. Pitching has always caused elbow injuries.

If anything, baseball should take steps to disincentivize ludicrous velocity and movement (which would by necessity require disincentivizing hitting for power).

I've never seen a rain delay take so long to get called. They had puddles in the infield before they finally delayed it in Chicago.

You should kiss their ass too
Why? They only care about Yankees and Dodgers which is why the league will be going under soon. Of course since there is no cap they will always spend well over what they are allowed to spend. And since the league allows garbage owners to spend next to nothing on payroll there will always be very few teams worth watching.

I've seen enough, the Rockies would lose 100 games in AAA too

the only logical explanations for all of these pitching injuries is maybe the balls that the league is using. it makes me wonder how much different the baseballs that were thrown by nolan ryan, steve carlton, jimmy key, mike mussina and john smoltz in comparison to the balls being used presently.

some will present the argument of an overemphasis on spin rates and velocity. but guys that had k totals and may innings logged per season i'm quite sure were aware of such variables back in the old days.

Guys used to be able to strike out batters by knowing how to pitch, not just by throwing the ball hard. Pitchers like Walter Johnson, Bob Feller and Nolan Ryan were exceptions, not the rule. A 92-mph fastball was considered to be good velocity as recently as 15-years ago. Pitchers today are expected to throw hard all the time and pitching is not a natural arm motion.
