He makes 760,000

He’s arbitration eligible this off season

Gotta figure $10 M or more

They control him for 4 more years after

No idea what you do lol

Judge is 1 to me

He’s incredible

Witt younger so I would take 1
Henderson 2

Dodgers guys all 30

You were correct last week when you texted me bitching about how did the Yankees get Chisholm so cheaply

They don’t have to

They control him four more years

Yep, at this point no one is close to Judge.

Houck and Crawford going into the shitter is not ideal...where is the wizard Andrew Bailey?

Royals and Twins winning...things are slipping away a bit

Gonna be very disappointing if they fade out of contention

Far off but that’s ok we still like you

Duran was a prospect
Rafaela was a prospect
Casas was a prospect
Wong was a prospect
Houck
Bello

They are loaded
Honestly don't follow baseball anymore, But I have to think they trade a bunch of these guys to bring in a sellable star player to get the seats filled?

I do know a few ushers that work at Fenway and been told the last few seasons the place has a shit ton of empty seats, especially the $$$ seats.

Houck gives up back-to-back homers to the 8th and 9th hitters. With 2 outs.

In the top of the inning, Sox 9th hitter (Rafaela) up with the bases loaded, 2 outs, 3-2 count. Sox up 3-0, a chance to break it open. Strikes out on a pitch in the dirt. Now has 12 walks and 104 K's on the season.

But he was 2 for 4 with a steal, great game.

Pitching is bad
Hitting is good

Going to need to win 7-6 games

KC getting White Sox 13 times is like your parents as a kid giving you $100 for cutting the lawn, picking up the dog poop, and changing the cat litter

Hope they sneak in but next year it’s 95 wins and Breslow GM of year

I took my daughter 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday night v Oakland and it was mobbed and the whole area was like a party

I did not go this past Wednesday with a buddy we were going in - but there were hardly any seats

35,000 for get away c Seattle

People can smell foul odors but then Duran, Rafaela, Devers showed up in shape - Cora signed

This team was but they are loaded with prospects and young likeable players

Even up top
Devers
Casas
Duran
Wong
Rafaela
Abreu

All young and up thru system

Many played at Portland & Worcester

They need pitching but they are a year away to me

Everything is about hope ~ gotta have it

the college kids aren’t even here and the park and area loaded with 12-28 year olds - we went to Loco and was wild inside

The key is the rule changes

2:15-40 game you can easily sit thru

Two 23 ounce beers can get a kid thru 2 hours plus easy

They need a horse at the top of rotation and a closer not being held together by duct tape

Duran- Rafaela- Anthony

Could be a gold mine for team in shirt sales etc

Casas is quirky weird and if he stays healthy and is a 30 homers 100 BB guy he’s going to have a huge following with Gen Z & Millennials

Had the opportunity to blow the game open when it was 3-0 but instead strike out swinging on a ball nowhere close to the zone. That stings

That was it.

When that happens everyone always says, we may look back on that as a big turning point. In this case we didn't have to look very far back. Same inning Houck explodes.

Portland's Bark in the Park promotion cancelled (weather) game is still scheduled Caleb Bolden starts ;

Worcester will close their set w/ Buffalo on NESN+ w/ Quinn Preister starting; in his team debut;

Sox will go w/ Nick Pivetta in Texas against old friend Nathan Eovaldi @ 2:30 on NESN

I was floored when Cora pulled Pivetta with 2 outs and nobody on in the fifth. He'd only thrown 70 pitches.

Not only took a chance for win away for Pivetta, but why dip into this bullpen so early?

But, so far so good.

Anyone know what is going on with Wilyer?

The radio guys mentioned him getting emotional and hugging Hamilton, but they didn’t know what was going on

Hell baby
Seems like Wilyer had a massive game while dealing with some sort of personal tragedy. He was crying in the dugout and getting consoled by Tek and Hamilton after the 1st one and then the whole team picked him up after that 2nd one

Anyone know what is going on with Wilyer?

The radio guys mentioned him getting emotional and hugging Hamilton, but they didn’t know what was going on
All we know is TC said he got some bad news last night in his personal life
