This weekend got me so hyped up, I’m truly pissed they aren’t playing tomorrow.

2 out 3 ain't bad!

Kids eat good once again.

This poor little bugger almost wasted away after Saturday's game.

Sounds like 2-6 show content as Felger bops around Nantucket on days off

Barring an epic collapse prior to the deadline, they have zero excuse not to buy. Maybe look into bringing back a couple of old friends like Justin Turner and Eovaldi? Shouldn't cost top prospects but can put you over the top.
Yup bring back those two if healthy im in

I’m picking Kurtz, I think he’s the best bat available and worst case scenario you cash in on him or Casas down the road in a trade (or just DH one)

Kurtz gotta take

Monster

Sort out if have to in a couple years

Yeah he has 1st division cleanup hitter potential, can’t pass on that in our spot. The other college bats projected in that spot I’d be fine with but I’d prefer Yesavage to them if he’s around. But if Kurtz is there the pick is easy imo

I’m GM I am getting Bichette

Gotta think Marcelo Mayer just about makes it happen

Guerrero works as well

Either or - or both

Sox get one of those - especially Bichette they are going to go from 40 mph to 80 mph in interest

Adding Bichette would make the Sox white hot with interest

Let’s get back to the 70’s folks - Red Sox had stars and charisma

He’s signed for 8 years
BWAHAHAHAH

If he can get his chase rate down and walk rate up to 6 % even he’s going to be a monster

Folks !!!! He has 0.0 fear

He went into Yankees Stadium first time ever and went off

We may have a freaking star here - if the walks rise a bit

Yoooooow- za

Not trading Mayer for Bichette but that’s just me

These situations are so difficult because within 30 seconds you can find probably 10 examples of similar deals that worked out great and 10 that were a disaster for the team giving up the young player(s).

Lowe/Varitek for Slocumb --- disaster for Seattle

Beltran/Dotel to Houston for a few minor leaguers that didn't end up doing anything --- great for Houston.

Would want a better defender at SS if we are giving up a premium prospect, especially since Bo hasn’t been able to hit his way out of a paper bag this year so far

I'm not pushing for it TBH, just more commenting on how hard it must be for GM's at this time of year.

I do hope they are buyers though --- as long as it pans out, that is.
