Hart is 25 with an Aug birthday. In his first pro year de played 18 games in the A and 31 in the nhl. I believe he was called up in mid Dec. so if he remained with the flyers from that point onwards he would have been in the nhl for half the season thus earning a year towards free agency. This would be year 7 coming up and he’d be ufa in 2025.Not gonna lie I figured he'd get a qo just to retain his rights.
They don't need to requalify them, once a player is given a qualifying offer the team holds their rights to the end of their age 27 seasonDo we know whether LAST season's un-signed RFAs were qualified?
Guys like Sasha Chmelevski, Filip Hallander, Kasper Bjorkvist et al?

Damn. Wasn't this guy the supposed centerpiece of the Stone trade?

Hallander was not qualified by Montreal, he will be a UFA tomorrow.
The other two will remain on SJ and PIT reserve list until age 27 season.
Oscar Lindberg (not in nhl), Brannstrom (not qualified), and a 2nd - Egor Sokolov. Theyve still got some hope as long as they qualify sokolovDamn. Wasn't this guy the supposed centerpiece of the Stone trade?
There seems to be a few teams that haven't released anythingAnyone heard anything about Nashville or Florida qualifying offers?
Come on, Montreal sign Leason and/or Jones.
Leason/Lindstrom/Vaaks all pretty solid players... hoping we still bring back Leason + Lindstrom
Jones has no offensive awarness, and brick hands.... but plays hard, has a bit of sandpaper in his game(agitator/ will fight and hit)... kinda been injury prone throughout his short career.Come on, Montreal sign Leason and/or Jones.
They're both better than a few forwards on the team already.
Mix them together and you have a great bottom 6 player.Jones has no offensive awarness, and brick hands.... but plays hard, has a bit of sandpaper in his game(agitator/ will fight and hit)... kinda been injury prone throughout his short career.
Leason was pretty good for us as a penalty killer.... skates well... but kinda a gentle giant... doesnt hit or fight really.... im hoping we bring leason back personally cause i liked him in our bottom 6 and on the PK.
Still waiting on Florida and Nashville. Nashville I definitely don't see them qualifying all of Anderson-Dolan, Foudy, Alisson who all have arb rightsMore than 60 players enter free agency after NHL's qualifying offer deadline
