It makes no sense how horrible Judge is in the playoffs
Baseball opposite to hockey

Size doesn’t work on playoffs - Judge a regular season guy

Tommy Edman is the Dodgers Matt Grzelcyk

(Kidding - it’s wild. Stunning because Judge is more then a home run hitter)

Him and Giolito are best friends. Hoping he can bring him here in FA
Max Freid as well he’s a FA

Bring all 3 in

He's become the poster child for why you dont build around a "3 outcome" batter

I know it doesn’t explain everything, but there is something to intensity/attitude.

Obviously I haven’t seen every game he’s played, but I’ve never seen him and felt that he is anything other than a laid back nice guy.

I mean, there are plenty of other nice guys who have succeeded in the playoffs, but maybe he just doesn’t have the ability to turn it on, so to speak.

I'd actually argue its the opposite. I think he knows he's struggling in the post season and he's pressing. He's gripping it tight right now and is out in front of everything. Pitchers know it, and are exploiting it.

Dude just needs to relax. Easier said than done though.....

Ted Williams was a career .200 hitter in the post season too. Mostly because teams put the shift on him and he was too stubborn to take a pitch to the opposite field.

Maybe

But this isn’t the first year he’s been bad.

Actually I think he’s always been bad in the playoffs.

Maybe not this bad…..but he’s typically miles and miles worse than in the RS.

I don't dislike Judge. He actually seems like a good guy outside of being a Yankee. I just can't help enjoying seeing the Yankees' biggest star flip on the highest stage.

George Steinbrenner is probably looking up and shaking his head right now.

I hate the Yankees so much, I’m rooting for them to lose this series….

In the 23rd inning of game 7….

With the bases loaded in the 9th and Verdugo grounding into a 4-6-3

Imagine spending thousands of dollars to get front row tickets to Game 4 of the World Series only to get thrown out in the first inning because you can't keep your hands to yourself.
