They obviously know we need a center, so I assume some center is coming. We'll see if they are more of a #2, #3, or #4, which I think all of those options are kind of on the table.
They can at least up the man rocket factor here too:

Why? He 100% right.
Because the constant droning is weird? Like we've all agreed that CMac needs to have a better deadline than last year. He just has to. If he doesn't, we've all agreed that it should be unacceptable to waste another year of MacK/Makar/Mikko primes.

But he's getting to the point where, if he were somehow arrested tomorrow would any of us be surprised if he had something like this going on in his den (but with pics of MacFarland on his wall)?

Again, I have not seen anyone counter that CMac would be considered as being great at his job if this deadline comes and goes and he doesn't try and put this team in the best place to succeed.

Is Sandin good defensively? Because that seems like a lot for a guy who doesn't produce much.
Eh.... average to above average at best. He's a slightly bigger, worse version of G IMO. Great in transition, can log minutes, some offense there (but not really a 45-50+ point guy either... more 35), good in specific areas on defense and needs a specific type of partner to be good in that area. I think he's a solid enough #4 that they hope rounds out into a #3.

With contracts where they are... probably fair enough, but I wouldn't consider it a bargain unless he breaks out offensively.

I feel like you are paid for every disparaging remark about him, you could maybe just put the insults succinctly into your sig and save all the typing energy.
What does he deserve praise for? This is a legit question that I don't have an answer for. I shouldn't have to scratch my head too try and come up with positive comments about the GM. Good proactive GMs you can point to this or that with ease.

What do you want me to say in his 2 years so far as GM? That's the body of work we can look at, as we don't know how much was him when he was assistant GM. Starting to look like Sakic was far more important than we thought.

So if you look at those 2 years of work, the bad far outweighs the good. So I'm not sure why I have to sit here and be positive about a guy who has done nothing of value to help a team that could be real contenders with a few tweeks.

That's not what I am talking about, it's you regurgitating the same thing post after post - I have to read all this stuff, you know! All that happened by me saying something is you coming from the other angle about how....he sucks.

Horvat crapped on his ex-team.

You want Henrique to openly say which teams he would waive his NTC for before he gets traded.

Are you okay, John?

You said it doesnt benefit him to do that. It also didn't really benefit Horvat to shame Vancouver. Yet he did it.

I'm such a head case right now. Part of my brain is actually trying to tell me that CNap has got a couple of really great deals all locked up and is waiting until the last minute so his counterparts can't 1up him after that.

I'm on vacation and I need a vacation from that vacation.

Okay, we aren’t talking about the same thing.

Horvat was already traded. If Henrique doesn’t get traded, it looks bad on him. This should be pretty easy to understand.
