I think that Philly just played Minnesota. They probably weren't going to pick Buium, but made Minnesota think that they were in order to get them to pay for the pick. Now, they're likely to pick the kid with #13 that they were going to pick with #12, anyways.

You’re wayy off there. That’s a great move by the Wild. They secured a great player there. They probably never thought Zeev would fall that far.

If there is even a little doubt that you won’t get him at that point, you give up the near worthless picks in comparison to secure that.

I love the player comparisons based on nationality, they always have to compare them to a fellow countryman, as if you can't possibly have a comparison with a player from somewhere else.

To be fair, there's a kid every year that's compared to Kopitar, despite none of them coming from Slovenia. This year, it was Cayden Lindstrom, who isn't even European or white, so that was nice to see, a style comparison based on actual style, not nationality or ethnicity.
