Which are all over the draft. Every pick matter.

The bulk is in the 1st , no surprise, as in 13-15.. Can get about 3 in 2nd , a couple in 3rd, about 1 each round after that. A few years ago I actually looked at 10 years of drafts and that's t abou the breakdown. After 3rd round really is 0 difference in success from round to round. This was a bunch of years ago.

Top 6C for all intents were only found in 1sr round, a few in 2nd and 3rd and an odd later round and a few free agents. Another guy figured out top D could be found over the entire draft. So basically scouts were very efficient selecting the top Cs but not as efficient with at least D.
