Just looking at this team we have the pieces that I’d always said to be the framework for a Stanley cup contender.

#1 center - Suzuki
#1 winger - Slafkovsky / Demidov
#1 LD - Guhle / expected Hutson
#1 RD - Reinbacher

Add in:

Elite goal scorer - Caufiled

They still like I mentioned earlier take Eiserman at #21 if available.

Then have Dach maybe moves to wing.

Then not even factoring in Beck, Newhook, Roy in the depth.

Now with the goaltending prospects and Fowler’s promise this team is building a Stanley cup contender all this while not buying out bloated contracts and not taking on dead weight.
