Drafting like it is 90s in a backyard. WTF? Just stupid, stupid, stupid! Eliasson is Kasparaitis on steroids. The league would not let him to play constant crosschecks game and roughing. THE ONLY REASON we pissed the 7th pick, because nobody wants to come to Ottawa and it is the only way though the draft, to acquire a decent RD. When Stutzle desperately needs a high end skills and IQ forward.

Utah is killing it... and stealing lots of thunder from the Sens this draft; Have to run; Have a great day

Sens scouting staff is hilariously predictable

Wonder if we get the overage guy from USHL or obscure American League in the 4th
One of the youngest kids in the draft and 6'7, I wonder if some of the issues in his game are related to coordination after a massive growth spurt?

I remember Chara back in the CHL looking like a giraffe on skates, never would have imagined him turning out like he did.

Utah, wow, making moves. Some D were available, maybe more too.

We've been complaining that we need bigger D. Doing something about it, hopefully it pays off.

Oh I have never seen him play, he could be a very good pick.

I’m just laughing at how predictable they have become, which isn’t a good thing looking at the past 3 drafts.

No, cap management. Now they can keep Stamkos.
Disagree. They just moved Jeannot and got a pretty good return with Moser.

And as an aside (I don’t get too worked up about rumours), there’s been talk of Nashville landing Stamkos.
