Rams are a nice feel good story and have an underrated team but this isnt a great matchup for them. The Eagles are far more physically dominant on both sides of the ball, and they have far more of the Jimmys and Joes. It’s also gonna be a tough environment in Philly. It’ll be freezing and going up against the massive pitbulls all over the Eagles defense will be a lot different than going against the Vikings D. They’re solid all throughout and very well coached, but the Eagles talent absolutely blows them away. This Eagles D is SCARY. In more ways than one.

There’s been a lot of talk about the eagles passing game struggling, and that might continue in this game, but I’m not sure it’ll matter. The Rams DL has a lot of young talent and speed, but there’s a massive size mismatch with the Eagles OL. I expect them to get bullied in the running game. They might be able to harass Hurts, though.

The best chance the Rams have at the upset, IMO, is that McVay spanks Sirriani game plan wise, Nacua absolutely feasts, and the Eagles become pass happy and their front 4 gets to pin their ears back.

I don’t see it, though. I think the Rams struggle to move the ball consistently and the Eagles dominate TOP. Eagles 27-13

Do the Rams do anything different on either line? If not, they better hope the Eagles offense has a bad week of practice and not improve on what we saw. Just thinking back to the start of the season, given the nature of what we were told was a historic training camp, they will be much sharper with the extra day to prepare.

That said, Stafford is the QB who is most likely to take advantage of the Eagles losing Nakobe Dean.

Nothing Hurts showed me Sunday makes me confident in Phili, I'm surprised so many people are going with them. I say Rams in a close one.

Hurts vs Rams D is about 4th on my list of notable matchups in this game. I don’t think the difference between Stafford and Hurts makes up for the difference in raw talent and physicality between the two teams basically everywhere else.

Ya you're probably right, I've been wrong nearly every guess for wild day weekend. I 100% overthink myself trying to be the 'smart' guy.
