I love how they always talk about how it’s who comes out of the scrum with the ball that matters and then they have one where a player clearly comes out of the scrum with it but the officials ignore it.

That works when you have a pile of bodies and can’t tell who has the ball. Here, the Eagle had it and was touched down by the Commander.

The commanders dumped their prior 2 first rounders in Dotson (year 3) and Forbes (year 2) from their rookie deals. Quinn and co. don't have a boatload of talent on the roster. Will take time to add players.

With all of these offsides by Wash at least for them, time isn't ticking off. Like that whole Punt thing with BB did to Jets and what Ten did back to NE.
