Ok now I feel attacked. I hope none of the BC players ever sign with your NHL teams and they all go to free agency. Shout out Kevin Hayes

If BC only loses Malone, Bengtsson, Powell, Ambrosio, and Gauthier while adding Hagens, Stiga, Skahan, Sondreal, and not out of the question Hensler, you won't even need to hold players hostage.

I said this in the middle of the game but Aram Minnetian had improved defensively leaps and bounds this year. I was really worried about him last year and wondered if he would ever put it together. His gap control, stick work, body positioning on top of his first pass and rush ability has been so good. Really fun to watch a guy put it together

Rooting for Denver. Wouldn't hurt if the BC guys feel like they have unfinished business, sorry lol want them back in school next year.

It would be a big blow in next year’s junior tournament if that whole line went pro but it is what it is.

I'd love to have the BC freshman line back for the WJC, but missing top players while still icing a Gold Medal threat is exactly where USA hockey needs to be.

If we ever hope to dislodge Canada from it's throne as *the* preeminent hockey nation, that will be an annual burden for the WJC team to bear.

Agreed. It’s a “good problem to have” so you won’t hear me use it as an excuse. Just saying it’d be sick to have that group together as 19 year olds lol.

This was my 6th Frozen Four, and it was definitely the worst atmosphere out of any of them. Obviously it was a worst case scenario for the NCAA with no Minnesota schools, no UND and no Wisconsin. In two years when it's in Vegas you will get more people to come out based on the venue, but we could see a similar situation in St. Louis next season, especially if a couple of these teams return (would be 4 straight for UM, 3 out of 4 for Denver and BU)

Not a shot at the NCAA, because traditionally you couldn't really pick a better venue than the Twin Cities, in 2011 when it was UND, Duluth, Michigan and Notre Dame the place was electric, they just had bad luck with who made it through each regional. Vegas will be packed, but I do question St. Louis as a FF host.

The Michigan support was terrible, way worse than 2011. It's been an extremely exciting (but also expensive) time for UM alumni and fans the last three years, with 3 straight CFP trips (4 games total) and 3 straight Frozen Fours. I think a lot more people who support, but maybe aren't total diehards passed on this. If this were in Chicago or Pittsburgh it's maybe a different story. I think those things, coupled with the reality that UM was really going to need a miracle to beat BC hurt our turnout.

I'm not sure St. Louis will be great, either.

They should just do Tampa every year.

Celebrini wins the Hobey and McClellan wins the Mike Richter Award... I'd really like to see Cutter and Fowler do the same type of interview as Gerbe did when he won the championship
