I don’t think I’ve ever seen a college team finish top 2 in the country in a season’s final rankings, win a playoff game, lose in the championship game, but then plummet to fall outside the top 25 to start the next season, like what happened to Washington. They lost a bunch of players to the NFL and their head coach to Alabama, but for them to go from #2 to #26 or lower because of personnel losses is a bit extreme.

Oregon had no business winning this one, statistically. Won it on a last second FG, not a game they should be proud of winning.

Some interesting matchups on the Week 3 slate. LSU vs. South Carolina, Colorado vs. Colorado State, and Alabama vs. Wisconsin all have the potential for interesting storylines.

South Carolina give one away. Moronic penalties negate a critical pick 6 and LSU is able to hang around. Last second drive to kick and miss a potential tying field goal. Brutal.

I love football, but I hate how many games come down to the last play.
I don't know I kind of like that. Kinda what makes March Madness something to watch too when the end of the game still actually means something.

Better than the blowouts that are over after the 1st half or even quarter

Battle of the facial hairs

or

Minshew vs Dalton, unless I'm only one seeing that lol.
