Not that I disagree with prioritizing a 3C, but they also badly need another shot (ideally a righty though) on the PP. Tarasenko still has tons of value there and great special teams can make a good team a contender.

Again though, a Center or utility Center takes priority.

I mean, I have never really been a bastian supporter and I'd like competition there, but Cotter & Lazar are not bad 4th liners by any stretch.

Now, Lazar is probably on the third line right now, and that could be problematic

If you can get someone to take Bastian, you would have a but more room to add a middle six forward, which keeps Haula and Palat on the 3rd line and Noesen would slot down with Foote as the 13th and McPunchyface as the 14th

I really like Lazar's energy and speed too. He's greasy as well. Bastian is slow, but so is Foote and so is Macdermid, so that trio doesn't excite, but you need guys that are willing to body. Foote may not be a bodying type but he's got more offensive upside than Bastian and MacDermid.

It isn’t really at all. The real 4th line will be much worse than that by default considering MacDermid will be on it. But 4th lines generally stink, and it doesn’t really matter. Plenty of time to do some lineup surgery before the deadline.
