I believe this should be classified under provision 48.1(a) - Moved before the start signal is given, such judgement being made by an FIA approved and supplied transponder fitted to each car, or;

That would make it either a 5 or 10 second penalty.

This doesn't look good on the Stewards when you take everything that happened this weekend and last as a whole.

If anyone thinks some other provisions would apply, please let me know.

I can't remember an F1 driver with a worse combo of personnality, temperament and poise than Lando Norris.
If you look up the term 'sore loser' you might just end up finding Norris' post race interview from this race.

Brampton, Ont
Just an insane weekend with Sunday bring the mayhem.

Stroll beaching the car when he could have easily spun it around the other way is the worst blunder in recent memory.

The regulations for Red flags really are bad. Either don't allow car modifications or still require teams to have a true pit stop. It's an over 20 second advantage to those who luck out.

I think everyone is going tire of Liam Lawson's whining and crying real quick. Another entitled prat to add to an ever growing group.

Unless Mercedes offers Bottas a ton of money I can't see why he would go there and not WRC or something.

I will wait to pass judgement until 2026, when the new smaller cars take a crack at it.

The 2026 dimensions are by and large a return to ten years ago, I wouldn't expect too much from that even if it's a step in the right direction.

Williams should just end the season early because their drivers won't stop crashing. Effectively zero chance they finish anywhere but 9th anyway.

I think Sainz may have somehow escaped the most obvious penalty I've ever seen.
