Bears would at least be smart to give him interview
He is young enough to last as long as anyone else they would probably hire

Brian Flores may be drawing some interest with the Bears, he has a good track record with young QBs
Bears Looking Into Brian Flores For HC; Candidates Curious About Kevin Warren's Role
Brian Flores is prepared to once again pursue a head coaching job while simultaneously suing the NFL and several teams …www.profootballrumors.com
Issue for him is most teams that change HC are going to prefer an offensive guy.He has admitted he made mistakes with Miami and by all accounts and learned from them. Since that gig he has been under two of the best HC's in the league in Tomlin and KOC. Based on everything I've seen and heard from him with the Vikings I think he deserves another shot. I have a hard time believing owners would give him that shot but we'll see.
He's still a fiery guy so while he may handle a young QB differently, it still probably won't be the softest touch. It'll have to be a team/QB who can handle that approach and won't go crying to the media about him being a big bad meanie.
