Get him over here around his Habs teammates and new North American culture as soon as you can!

Part of me gets nervous every time this thread is at the top that maybe he signed an extension with SKA.

Better chance of Sydney Sweeney sleeping with me than Demi signing an extension with SKA.

There's no way in hell he signs an extension with SKA unless there's a gun to his head. The date his flight leaves for Canada is circled on his calendar.

Not sure if you guys posted this yet or not? This is apparently the longest KHL season they ever had.

* KHL season ends Mar 23rd
* KHL Playoffs run from Mar 26-May 25
* Habs April games (1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 16th)

I would imagine SKA is going deep in the KHL playoffs? If they reach the 2nd round, Looks like there is no chance for Demidov to make any Habs April games? Depends on a lot of unknowns but looks like the chances are low

Yeah I think most people are expecting Demidov to not be available for games this season and only for the beginning of 25-26.

SKA will not release him before his contract formally ends in May. He won't play for us this year.

Wonder which line he ends up on today. Last game was against Sochi so perhaps Rots was fine with playing him more, but old habits die hard when it comes to the likes of CSKA.

All I hope for is 3rd line deployment at minimum with some time on the PP.
