Stupid question, but I think Jarventie is just precautions, not necessarily due to an injury. He would still be included?
Could be missing a lot more as the SOIR designation is more difficult to find this season without cap friendly.
Puck Pedia calls it (injured non roster list) but the non roster list is players signed to contracts in the minors, confused listing per Puckpedia plus their site is most difficult to look at.
Several IR or LTIR designations might instead be SOIR that I’ve missed, CF where have you gone.

SOIR is if a player is on a 2-way contract & was on an NHL roster for less than 50 games played last year & is injured prior to opening roster, their Cap Hit while injured is pro-rated based on # of days on roster last year multiplied by the current year cap hit.How is SOIR different than regular IR?
In Puckpedia they show SOIR in the same area as Buried/Retained. For example Minton in Toronto and Highmore in Ottawa.Could be missing a lot more as the SOIR designation is more difficult to find this season without cap friendly.

I don’t think he counts for SOIR, because of the no NHL games last year. The Lightning have two such players who are injured coming into camp, not on SOIR because of no games or days on NHL roster in 2023/24.I would think that would cover Reinbacher. He's out 5 months, though didn't suit up for any games last year with the team. Dunno if he counts.
