GDT: 2024-25 season game 66 LA Kings vs Minnesota Wild @5:00pm 3/17/25

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

This is wrong. Your aerobic and anaerobic are by far the most efficient in your early 20s and that should also be the most easy to improve. If he’s struggling with workload at his current age then it’s likely he just doesn’t have that extra gear genetically. Your stamina is at its peak in your early 20s and it starts dropping off more around 25. However your physical maturity/strength tends to be at its peak around 25-28. Strength and stamina are two different animals. I could do stuff in my early 20s that I cannot replicate now despite the fact I’m in better shape and train a lot harder in my early 30s
Dont compare yourself to a young professional athlete. Youll wind up disappointed and just feeling bad. Physical endurance does vary from person to person due to many factors, genetics being one of many and im interested in how you determined faber doesnt possess the genetic chops to be able to through advanced training, diet and experience reduce fatigue in coming seasons. How come so many 30 yr olds survive nhl seasons without exhaustion? See gary roberts contioni g programs for nhl players

Oh man where to begin. Do you think Kempe has the same top end speed and endurance that he used to? Faber has nearly 150 games under his belt to figure out his endurance with professional staff. Endurance is one of the easiest things to train. And if he hasn't figured it out or shown any signs of progression in his endurance then it'd be absolutely shortsighted to not factor in genetic ability. Do you think Tyson Fury's unbelievable stamina is genetics and training? Or just training?

I wasn't a professional athlete but as someone who played for years I can tell you my team and the other athletes around me were able to improve their stamina to their ceiling. Look at McGregor's stamina before and after. Look at Merab Dvashvili. Your peak stamina is absolutely genetic. And it's easy to train. With a 150 games under his belt and the same drop off as last season. Yeah genetics are likely a big factor or do you assume he's not training at all?

Much better period than the last game. Spence needs to get his shit together though. Whoever said Joe Corvo comparison was spot on. At least Joe Corvo kinda had a psycho streak. Spence is soft as shit lol

Wild are coming off a bad home loss to St. Louis so you expect them to come out with some energy like that.

Tough break for Laf. He should've had a goal there.
