Trevor Lewis uses this same approach when he forechecks.I used to enjoy just putting it in 2nd gear in rush hour & cruising at about 10-15 mph. Lane speeds up? Just keep same speed. That way when it slows down you don't have to stop even with the cars racing around you just to slam their breaks on. So much anger.
