Id say Voynov, prob rated 2nd best D behind DD on the cup teams and he was probably still improving when we lost him at age 24

i do think gavrikov is a better defender but in a different way, he achieves the voynov type of pressure by getting sticks to the lane early instead of skating

wish we could've seen prime voynov here, he'll always have this going for him though
