GDT: 2024-25 season game 52 LA Kings vs Dallas Stars @7:30pm 2/7/25

If you’ve been around since dinosaurs roamed the earth, as you like to claim, there is no way that is the worst call you’ve ever seen.
 
Overall good game, love the energy jumping out, it's nearly impossible to maintain that all game long, but they need to start out that way 100% of the time, then maintain....and that's a strong strong team in Dallas they did that too.

Clarke, looked good offensively, looked like he forgot how to spell defensively, he was not good, got lost, got caught puck watching a ton. Edmonson to....needs to shake that off, and learn from it.

Doughty played better, but last game wasn't setting the bar high.

I get not playing Kuemper last night, due to his kid's birth the day before etc, but you can't give Rittich to teams like Dallas, you just can't.

Doughty skated through the crease, and bumped skates, as a Kings fan, horrible call, as a goaltender, if that's not called, I'm losing my shit....so it is what it is.

Some of the non calls on offsides this year have really stunk big time especially when guys are already inside the line before the puck carrier and not by a little...some fans just don't get it or what?Player can't precede the puck simple over the Blueline...simple rule really

Like to see the goal-crease back to the Rectangle cause a player can't even come within a Light-year to screen anymore while the goaltender and Defense gets all the advantages...BullShit call might as well have the goaltender out to the hash marks for fkcs sake

Made contact really did you see Oettinger go flying...its the heat of the battle Duchene pushed him/guided Doughty into...ever so slightly...a feather would have done more damage...but you can't have that right it...was a p***y type call made by p***yes

Agreed. I don't like it, since Doughty had nowhere to go, but I also get that he wasn't really trying to avoid contact either.

I did say it was soft, but with goalie interference they tend to go that direction. But you can't see it well except from the reverse angle.

And if it was reversed on Kuemper and they allowed it, you'd be bitching up a storm.....

And I agreed it was soft but you know those ones are borderline the tie should go to the "runner"! Nevermind the NHL isn't that progressive especially when it comes to Goals
