Having cornered the market on AHL level defensemen (Englund, Burroughs, Jones) a lightbulb went off.. why dont I look at our own AHL affiliate for other options - couldnt be much worse.

People get defensive when I say luck is a large part of building a SC winning team. Yzerman's inability to get Detroit off the ground supports my side of the argument.
