Couldn't watch the game today. Just saw the highlights. Kuemper made some quick key saves even though he only faced 16 shots. He looked quicker and sharper in this one than his last start.

I think I heard Stamkos' name once all night on the play by play. Honestly, Doughty had a bigger impact on this game than he did. (By getting Clarke more minutes)

Regarding Byfield, only 5 assists and a -2 in 13 games. It appears he has a scoring confidence issue right now. Byfield probably needs to simplify(not think so much) and go to the net with maybe an ugly goal. Just worries me with Hiller's coaching style, Byfield's offensive production isn't gonna pick up soon. I feel he needs to shoot the puck instead of look to make a play.
