He was complaining because he was interfered with not even 10 seconds before he slashed the guy.

Hopefully Edmundson doesn't turn into a full-blown penalty liability, but I do like that our PK is becoming more aggressive. The passive home plate was becoming very stale and was extremely weak against high skill powerplays like Edmonton that just use the time and space to setup and execute the right shot.

Nice job by Jim Hiller on selling a more aggressive team in the offseason but getting things quickly settled down to TMac hockey 10 minutes into the new season.

This is going to be a great season. Got Lewis hitting 1,000 games. Got a legit cup winning goalie for the first time in forever. Defense is beefed up this year. Let's see if Moore can lead the way in scoring again! Laferriere is posed for a breakout season. Any word if he's on the Power Play?

Just got to pick up an easy win tonight in Buffalo. Hiller's got these guys. 7-0, I'm calling it.
