Don't think they've played a bad game to be honest, especially in the second period they've carried the play and generated good chances but they've completely shot themselves in the foot either with dumb mistakes (Carpenter giveway, Heatherington pinch) or bad goaltending (Clang x2) which have resulted in the goals.
2nd and 3rd lines easily the best on the ice.
That being said, Heatherington-McKeown has been brutal as a pairing -3 on the day so far. Feel bad for Heatherington though, first game back in 6 weeks and is thrown straight into the top pairing as Luneau comes out of the line up due to being ill, resulting in Hinds and Warren both babysitting fringe AHL defencemen on their pairings.
