Donato on his own probably only gets a 2nd, but I’d absolutely package him with Murphy or Mrazek to get a 1st.

Colorado, Edmonton, and Toronto seem like obvious choices already. Maybe LA too.

Wow! Imagine if the Blackhawks actually found their next great goalie in Soderblom? I would be the first to say “never saw that coming”…but what if?

Mrazek and Brossoit was suppose to be the combo this year…

Crazy?

LOL

A good game and suddenly Soda is "The one"

Jeff Glass had a few good games once

Also, Soda still gives up a shit ton of rebound chances, better team than Ducks would have buried those chances last night

I think the Hawks have to assign Phillips back to the AHL tomorrow if they don't want to have to subject him to Waivers again [based on the 30-day window to assign a player once they clear waivers] if they later decide to send him back down.

Not sure if the plan is to keep him up through Wednesday. Probably earned another game, but also not sure when exactly Martinez is back. Allan and Kaiser are both Waiver-Exempt if they're so inclined as well.

I'm not sure if Soderblom is still Waiver-Exempt (CapWages did an OK enough job copying CapFriendly but CapFriendly's Waiver-Exempt Calculator was a nice tool) for when Brossoit comes back.
