2024-25 Roster…too soon?

Point is 5’11

INazar SHOULD be fine despite his size, but man there aren’t a lot of 5’9 top 6 centreman in the NHL

Love Bedard. Love what Nazar projects to be.

But we don’t have a linemate that works for those two to be paired together. Too small.

Not until we sign Rantanen at least.

Kinda doubt Rantanen hits the open market.

Nazar is indeed 5'10" based on official combine measurements

Point's official combine measurement was 5'9.75"

Misa-Bedard-Nazar

Everyone alternates playing the role of center based on where you are at at any given moment of time on the ice. Highlight reel plays every single night.

Throw one of Boisvert, Moore, Greene, or Reichel (if he learns to play center without Maroon by his side) at 2C.

So I'm guessing the Blackhawks handled this surgery.

What was supposed to be 5-7 weeks for a fairly common meniscus surgery is now going on 13 weeks. Not a good look.

This sucks but in my opinion it's on the player to get the rehab right...that's the most important aspect when it comes to recovery.

I think Moore and Boisvert project to be some nice options if theyre clearly not more impactful as Cs.

But yeah, we need some more beef. Rantanen + a PF from the draft would be the dream.

No. Actually, the most important part is performing the surgery correctly. They butchered Seabrook, for instance.
Right. Seabrook's hip surgery was botched. Now this fairly simple meniscus surgery looks to also be botched. May be time to look for a new team surgeon.

You never know how they turn out - a cadaver meniscus could've been utilized and rejected by his immune system. I've had one meniscus and two acl reconstructions for what it's worth....
