Yes. The AHL playoffs are different where they have more teams. I'm not sure of the exact rules but someone on here probably is.

The top 5 teams in the Hogs division make the playoffs. They're currently in 5th but they have a 12 point lead on the 6th place team with 16 games to go.

I'm just picturing Knight and Commesso having an Ullmark/Swayman style bromance here in a few years.

Two guys only about a year apart age wise. Both US born. Both played college hockey in Boston. Both played on the same USNTDP team.

Two guys that can really push each other in the future. And we've got Arvid for a placeholder until Commesso is ready.

They were a year apart at the USNTDP but both would have been there for a year with Commesso on the U17 team and Knight on the U18 team.
