Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Joey is a very good AHL player. He's just not an NHL player at all. Even you should see that he holds water in the AHL.

If you think you belong in the NHL, there's no better way to prove it than going out and putting up a five point night. Problem is, Anderson is a classic AAAA player.

My point was, the young guys in RFD should be playing first line minutes in their development .... not a player who will not be a part of Blackhawks' future.

Savoie and Slaggert are the only prospects left on RFD until college kids come.
But Nazar could never out up 4g+1a in the AHL...and he hasnade little difference in the Show in Chicago..
Not saying Anderson did anything with the Hawks but they never tried him on line 1 either..

To me, development comes first but I really want them to win. Players have spoken about how AHL playoff runs have been great for their development and if this group, along with a boost from guys like Moore, Thompson, James, Greene, Lardis, and Rinzel could make a deep playoff run together, it would be sweet.

completely agree - KK/Lev is something you can pencil in as an NHL pairing, play them together all situations until theyre ready
KK/Lev are too similar to play together imo. They're both offensive dmen that are prone to gaffes defensively and would probably thrive with someone who can cover for their mistakes while they get creative

Guys like Anderson have place in AHL
As long as guys like Lev/Korchinski/Slaggert continue to play key roles (PP/regular minutes) then its fine
If Hogs start doing what Wolves have always done in past (playing vets 20 minutes and key prospects of organization they were affiliated with just 8-9 minutes) then its a problem

Anderson isn't even like a prolific AHL scorer that can't hack it at the NHL level. He's a decent spare forward that plays a low event simple smart game.
Like, he's right in Bobby's wheel house. I'd think he love the guy.
My biggest issue is he goes by Joey. That's fine when you're a child. You start getting paychecks you're Joe or Joseph.

Sure, play Joey 20 minutes a night in the minors... a lot of good that will do for the Hawks org who drafted the kids with aspirations of top 6 minutes... eventually at the NHL level.
But go ahead, you just keep on laughing.
