I watched a little but turned it off as the stream kept buffering, got to see him draw a penalty in his own end early in the game. Saw he had 4 shots which is impressive given the limited TOI. Boy is small though.

- Khimik is playing @ noon ET. Kostenko wasn't in the line-up last game and is most likely injured. Sobolev has yet to play a regular season game yet.

No Kostenko for Khimik today, however Sobolev played his first regular season game. 0 pts in a 6-2 win.

Not to rant but I keep saying how you can't always go off the lineup cards before the game, cause every single one so far this season has had Bogdan Konyushkov listed as the 3rd pairing RD yet he's never been the 3rd pairing D in any game as he's 2nd on the team in TOI and plays :39 seconds a game less then Voynov but he plays almost 1:30 more per game then the 3rd RD.

I tried to watch today's game but work was busy as it's likely going to be a crazy week for the stock market after tomorrow. He looks about the same so far, but now that Voynov is on the top PP unit and pairing, his stats will likely take a hit this year so you know some will start jumping on him.


Tomorrow the NL season starts for Rohrer with the SHL starting on Friday.
