Come on now, they have that one (and only) third round appearance from like 2003. Where they heroically lost 0-4.
Europeans tend to take a bit of time to adjust. If his numbers don't improve after Christmas then I'd be worried.

The Future is Now
What I like about this goal is he finds space in the slot. It's not complicated but he goes to the middle of the ice, making his stick available for that pass. He's not floating on the wing and the shot is excellent.
I've never expected him to be amazing or even defensively average, but if he keeps rounding his game and isn't a total cherry picker there's definitely room for him in the NHL. If he can replace Daddy next year that's a huge win for the team. Save them from having to pay a FA and he has breakaway speed, something this team needs more of.
I want to see a full season of the new and improved Tony but man it's hard not to get excited because he's doing it without a Mav or Stankoven as a linemate. He and Hryckowian seem to be very good for each other.
