Wranglers goal waived off, Morton gloved it in the net (very obviously), but CGY pp
Wranglers are wearing their black Blasty's tonight (original Blasty template with an updated logo), and Nikolyev is wearing #14 and it just looks weird seeing a #14 on the ice in that template

Wranglers came back and won 3-2. Ignatjew allowed 2 goals on the first 5 shots he faced, then stopped the remaining 27. Kerins (from Pelts and Hunt) and Bishop (from Silye and Poirier) scored in the 3rd to give the Wranglers the win.
Poirier's assist was his first point of the season. Brzustewicz still has only a single point on the year. Only Aspirot (3) and Kuznetsov (2) have more than a single point on the blueline.
If this team wants to continue winning it needs more scoring, basically from everyone except Kerins, Duehr and Bishop (they've score 16/22 goals). Hunt (1), Morton (1), Pelletier, Frk, and Stromgren have a total of 2 goals between them (although Pelts and Hunt have 9 and 5 assists).
Coronato joining the team should help, but I have no idea where he will play. I don't see them breaking up the top line (Pelts/Kerins/Hunt), the 2nd line (if you still want to even call them that) of Morton between Stromgren and Frk has been pretty abysmal IMO, they've only put up 6 points combined. So it could definitely use a shake-up. The 3rd line of Ciona-Bishop-Duehr has recently been hot. So you have to think one of Stromgren or Frk may be pushed to the 4th line, rather than Ciona, who'd I have predicted would be the one to slide down if this were opening day.

Like that move, they needed another top 6 guy. I could see him replacing Hunt on 1st line, or Frk on 2nd. Probably Frk to try and kickstart that line.

It'll also help them even more when one of Klapka, Honzek, Kirkland or Rooney are sent down too, when Rango and Honzo get healthy

Wranglers in an Every Child Matters jersey this afternoon
So, they moved Hunt down to play with Coronato and Morton, and moved Frk back to the top line with Kerins and Pelletier.

got my feed back and now it's 2nd intermission... tied 1-1... Frk scored from Kerins and Pelletier
If this can get Frk going that could be a major boon for this team since Frk has now scored 100 goals in 184 AHL games since he left the Wings organization

Wranglers are either #1 or #2 in the AHL, depending on how you choose to look at standings, they are 1st in points, but 2nd in point percentage as the Marlies have played 2 fewer games and are undefeated.
They are currently 5th in GA/GP at 1.88 (got to love early season numbers) and 13th in GF/GP
They are 10th on the PP and 15th in PK.
Also the winning streak is now at 7.
