His contract in the KHL runs until end of May. So we won’t know till then.
If those are his highlights, pass me the vanilla....
All he did was shoot, no stickhandling, no skating. He took 2 shots and one should have been stopped. I guess if you have the contract slots, go for it

Luchanko with his first pro point. Pretty nice backhand pass through a defenders legs down to Wilson in the slot.

Even after trading Laughton Farabee and Frost we still have a ton of middle 6 guys coming. If they can get lucky this and the next draft we could be in good shape.

Can they send Michkov down to the AHL if Phantoms make playoffs? Or they won't becase he makes less money for playing in the AHL than for not playing at all?
Good news on the lunchenko assist…the play encapsulates everything he needs to be able to do to be worth of the selection; turn his plus skating into points. It’s good to see that he can do it. Whether he’s Laughton or a legit 55-60 point 2C comes down to how often.

He wasnt on the Phantoms' roster on trade deadline day so he's not eligible to play in the AHL playoffs. I doubt they would've ever done that anyway. Theres probably more, but the only time I personally remember a player playing his entire rookie season in the NHL and being sent to the AHL for the playoffs is Jamie Benn in 2009-10.
Looks good but will only happen with a better coach. IL will never let the Wilsons, Furrys and any other AHL scrubs sit in favor of those guys

BTW….Barkey had a 5 point game today with 2 goals and 3 assists, all primary. Obviously he was 1st star. 7 points in two playoff games, so far.
