Kokko is still a kid, send him back, let him cook and bring him up when he's ready 3-4 years from now.

If they didnt bring him back up at some point, the "he's a nice guy and we like him" fans would blow a gasket.
So...pretty much the target demographic for their marketing team.

Great point. And while I agree Kokko isn’t ready, it’s bile inducing to think that Gru’s reward for being awful in the AHL is to get a few more NHL paycheques.

Aparently there is a Gru Bobblehead night this Wednesday.
I wasn't looking for a comedy, but I suppose there are worse things than watching a farce.

I mean it doesn’t really matter anymore if Gru is up or down. Stezka didn’t impress enough, Kokko clearly just needs more time regardless. Gru is done but it’s too late for the playoffs, may as well just play the guy.

1) Kokko's way too young and needs games which he only gets in CV.
2) Too many wins as of late.
Gotta give Gru a run to secure that top pick.

That's both funny and true. The Sabres and the Kraken are "the same team" (see graph), but for different reasons. If the Sabres had two or three of the Kraken's more sane and stable veterans, they'd be much more likely to be in the playoff picture. If the Kraken had a couple of Buffalo's good young guns on their roster, they'd have a better team.
Disappointing. This is a Seattle Mariners type move. Embarrassing.
I have no interest in buying tickets to games if Gru is on the active roster.

I know you are half joking, but if they intended to re-sign him I don't think they would rush him on the ice this quick.Or Ronnie will sign him to his contract extension right on the ice...
