So he has always been slow. That’s not new. Also not worth looking at for a reason why he is struggling unless it was drastically off which it does not appear to be. He put up numbers while still being slow so it’s something else.
I'd say the noticeable drop off is the number of times he hit 20 mph. It's not something he ever does often, but he's now not doing so at all. He's only hit 20 mph once this season. So he has always been slow. That’s not new. That is true and clearly points to an injury. But he is not someone who scores off rushes or with speed. Looking how he scores his goals I don’t think speed is why he scores.I'd say the noticeable drop off is the number of times he hit 20 mph. Even old man Jamie Benn has hit 20 mph 9 different times this season.
When’s your next appointment? Wanna do Hintz next. Curious about the detailsOk. I'm sitting around waiting for an appointment, so I pulled the Robertson NHL skating numbers

He's having his slowest season of those with these numbers available. He's also covering a lot less ice this season.
Maybe this is all due to his off-season foot surgery, but it doesn't help that he's been a below average skater his whole time in the league.
Should have seen the things I was requesting for in my last job interviewLet me just say...some of the stuff (not salary) Robertson and his camp were asking for in the last negotiations were ridiculous...
Go on. Please share, we’re listening.Should have seen the things I was requesting for in my last job interview
but not for himselfHe asked for the entire young man's collection from Jos. A. Bank
Gotta be honest. As much as I'm all for workers trying to get whatever makes them happy, asking to work remotely when you're a hockey player is a strange request.Let me just say...some of the stuff (not salary) Robertson and his camp were asking for in the last negotiations were ridiculous...
So what you're saying is he asked Nill to trade for NickLet me just say...some of the stuff (not salary) Robertson and his camp were asking for in the last negotiations were ridiculous...
Found this on the main board. Thoughts? Seems fair. Would balance the team on defense and open a slot for Bichsel. Also gets speed in the line up in barzal. May hurt defensively as I’m not sure but I do hear complaints about Dobson’s defense as well as salary cap and the fact Dallas would be getting older.
Robertson + Harley
Barzal + Dobson
Robertson and Dallas supposedly far apart on contract negotiations- Dallas finally resolves their RD hole.
I have no idea whether this actually works for NYI.

When hes not broken, Barzal mostly played on Horvats wingDon't see why the Islanders would be interested tbh. Leaves a big hole at C for them and Dobson is better than Harley
